The Smart Soup Review

untitledI received several soups from The Smart Soup for review. These are some very delicious, healthy, gluten free, cholesterol free, no preservatives, and full of vegetables. These also have a wonderful taste. I received Santa Fe Corn Chowder, French Lentil, Greek Minestrone, Indian Bean Masala, Moroccan Chick Pea, Thai Coconut Curry, and Vietnamese Carrot Lemongrass. These were totally awesome. I put them in the freezer and heated them up whenever I wanted to try them out. I love health food and these are very healthy meals. This is great for any day especially cold ones and they are very filling.

The Santa Fe Corn Chowder is a classic New Mexican soup with a zesty fusion of black beans, corn and southwest spices. It does have a bit of a zesty taste to it. I love the vegetable taste it has. It makes a great combination with the black beans. It was delicious. I loved it. This makes a great meal or side dish to Mexican food night. This was one of my favorites. This is only 2 grams off fat per serving and only 160 calories.

The French Lentil was mild but still pleasant tasting. This is a traditional lentil soup braised with tomatoes, navy beans and authentic Moorish spices. It has the right combination of spices. This would be great after a long hard day. Sit back relax and have a bowl. I enjoyed it. This had 3 grams of fat preserving with only 160 calories.

The Greek Minestrone was yummy. It has a rustic, hearty minestrone with cannellini beans, plum tomatoes and Mediterranean herbs and spices. It basically has a bit of a tang taste. It too is one of my favorites. I actually ate this for breakfast and wham I was ready for my day. I loved the mixture of vegetables. This had 1.5 grams of fat per serving and with only 110 calories.

The Indian Bean Masala was pretty good. It has a heart-warming soup simmering with magnificent mung beans in a rich, exotic tomato broth. I like mung beans and tomato broth. They make the perfect combination. This has 2.5 grams of fat per serving with only 160 calories.

The Moroccan Chick Pea is delicious. This has a sweet and savory stew blending chickpeas, vegetables and authentic North African spices. It has a bit of a sweep taste to it with a great combination of spices. I think this would be wonderful on  a day its raining and your stuck inside watching a movie. It was so yummy. This has 3 grams of fat per serving with only 140 calories.

The Thai Coconut Curry has an interesting taste but still pretty good. Whoever thought about coconut in soup. This has a fragrant traditional red curry cooked with coconut water and crunchy Asian vegetables. It has a slight sweep coconut taste with a hint of red curry and vegetables. This was different for me. I have never tried this before. It was pretty good. This has 3 grams of fat with only 100 calories.

The Vietnamese Carrot Lemongrass was pretty good too. This has a lively puree of carrot and Asian vegetables, infused with aromatic lemongrass, curry spices and coconut water. It was just the right combination. It is not too harsh. I really like the aromatic lemongrass and carrots. It is yummy. I like this. It makes the perfect meal when you don’t have a lot of time. It is also great on a winters day.

I don’t know about you but I love soup. I really like when its cold. With winter around the corner this is prefect and its quick to make.

Would I recommend this product? Yes. They are delicious and they are easy to make. Winter is right around the corner along with cold season. Also these delicious soups are very healthy and full of vegetables. I really loved them.
